Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched.

We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before completing a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share clear images of the product along with your order details.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team, we will provide a suitable resolution. This may include sending a replacement product or offering an appropriate solution at our discretion.

Please note that requests raised after 48 hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for review or resolution.
